It was a sad weekend for retired socialite Vera Sidika – Vera was put on blast by a Human Hair Seller for sliding in the DM and begging for a free human hair wig that she had spotted on their Instagram page.
She fancied the expensive wig and thought that she can simply slide in the DM and from her follower count and status, the seller would agree to just ‘give’ her the hair. Vera’s request was sadly declined and worse, publicized. The seller could not understand why she felt so entitled.
In the process of borrowing, Vera also revealed that she is part of the cast of Showmax’s reality show premiering in 2023, ‘The Real Housewives of Nairobi’.

She asked the page via a DM if they’re based in Nigeria, then proceeded to ask for a SH 226,000 human hair wig for free, in exchange for free publicity while shooting the reality show.
The seller then followed up with a piece of advise to Vera,
So all my customers that spend on their hairs are stupid?
the curious seller asked.
The seller continued to emphasize –
A REAL BRAND SUPPORTER BUYS YOUR PRODUCT!
I mean they pay for it to support your brand!!! They will never want to take advantage of you no matter what!!! That’s real integrity!”
