Mwanaisha Chidzuga, the renowned Swahili news anchor, is set to make a triumphant return to the screens after nearly four years.
Mwanaisha Chidzuga has landed a new role at TV47, where she will be reading news bulletins on Fridays and Saturdays as part of the program ‘TV47 Wikendi.’
Chidzuga shared the exciting news-; expressing her gratitude for the opportunity.

Her comeback has been eagerly awaited by her loyal followers, and her announcement has sparked excitement among them. She is also a host @Radio47.
In addition to Chidzuga’s return, TV47 has made significant additions to its newsroom, welcoming journalists George Maringa, Grace Kuria, Fred Indimuli, and Ahmed Bahaj to the media outlet.
Maringa, a former KTN News anchor, brings over six years of experience in reporting on political and social affairs.
These changes come in the wake of TV47’s recent rebranding, as the network continues to enhance its programming and strengthen its lineup of experienced journalists.
