TikTok rolls out series’ – a new way for creators to monetize content

TikTok has announced the launch of a new feature called Series, which allows eligible creators to post collections of premium content behind a paywall that viewers can purchase for access.

A single Series can contain up to 80 videos, each up to 20 minutes long, and creators can decide how much to charge for access.

Users can buy access to a Series through in-video links or directly from a creator’s profile.

Although only select creators currently have access to Series, TikTok will soon begin accepting applications for those interested in using the feature.
