Airtel Africa has announced that ‘The Voice Africa’ show will make its debut on March 26, 2023, with Airtel Africa as the title sponsor.
The show received nearly 79,000 registrations from 14 countries across Africa, with 100 contestants selected to proceed to the live shows in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Voice Africa will run for 25 weeks, airing one show per week, and is expected to attract both a pan-African and global audience.
The show will feature blind auditions, battle rounds, knockouts, playoffs, and live shows. Anthony Shiner, Group Chief Commercial Officer of Airtel Africa, said the show would display African musical talent, offering entertainment and excitement to millions worldwide.
