Tekashi 6ix9ine, an American rapper, was hospitalized after being assaulted by a group of men at a gym in South Florida, Variety Reports.
According to his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, Tekashi was attacked both inside and outside the sauna of the LA Fitness gym by three or four men who beat him up, leaving cuts and bruises on his face.
Despite trying to fight back, Tekashi was unable to fend off his attackers.
The assailants fled the scene after the employees of the gym heard the commotion, and the police were contacted.
Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was taken to a local hospital by ambulance.
