Update: Disgraced Rapper Sean Combs Denied Bail
A US federal court has denied bail for Sean “Diddy” Combs amid his abuse trial. Combs’ attorneys proposed a $50 million bail package, including a $50,000 bond, but the judge rejected it.
The decision followed allegations that Combs had drugs in his hotel room at the time of his arrest.
The rapper, who appeared in court on September 16 and pleaded not guilty, faces charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
This follows a viral video showing Combs assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, which has led to multiple similar accusations against him. Combs denies all charges.
