Standard Group owned , Radio Maisha presenters continue to leave the Mombasa Road based Radio Station. We reported late in January that Beatrice Maganga had exited Radio Maisha after 13 years.
Now, Emmanuel Mwashumbe, Billy Miya, and Mbaruk Mwalimu, who were presenters at Radio Maisha, have declared that they are leaving the station.
During a farewell event at the Standard Group offices, Emmanuel Mwashumbe, who co-hosts the morning show with Shuga Boy on Radio Maisha, delivered his final words to his colleagues.
In a video shared on the station’s social media platforms, Mwashumbe bid farewell to his colleagues using his well-known catchphrase,

No chicken, no fly, hawezi fly maanake asha die. Signing off is your captain Mwashumbe.”
Meanwhile, Billy Miya and Mbaruk Mwalimu will no longer be co-hosting the drive show on Radio Maisha.
