After a successful US tour, Otile Brown is back in the country. He kickstarted his tour on Aug 27th.

Brown, the most streamed artist on YouTube in Kenya, started his tour in California, LA and trans-versing through the country for the better of September & Oct.

It’s no secret that Nigerian artists are making strides internationally, taking Afrobeats globally through performances & collaborations, selling out tickets in big international arenas et cetera.

Otile Brown in a recent interview has said that Kenyan Music, (East Africa) is not making it to international spaces and markets due to the use of Swahili language.

The difference between our industry and the Nigerian one is the language because how many songs from East Africa are international, and you can go perform in different crowds?

If we want to succeed, we need to tweak our language”,

Otile Brown

The Tecno Kenya Brand ambassador thanked fans in US for the support they accorded him, fun memories & creating time for him during his tour.

I wonna take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you, my beautiful USA fans and every city promoters for the love, support and most importantly creating time, coming out and spending your money to rock with me on my USA maiden tour.

Its been a pleasure entertaining ya’ll, had the most amazing fun and we made some crazy memories… @frakaz and your team and family, ya’ll are a real one💯 Thank you for your profound hospitality…God bless you all and see ya’ll soon

Otile
