Nikita Kering continues to add accomplishments under her wing. Last month the Kenyan Music Sensation was announced the Spotify Equal Ambassador of the month. Spotify’s EQUAL aims to combat gender disparity in the music industry by amplifying and celebrating the work of women creators around the world.
Shortly after, she appeared on New York’s Times Square Billboard.
Kering now has had the privilege of performing at BBC Radio 1Xtra’s Afrobeat Concerto.
The first Afrobeats concerto, performed with the full complement of the BBC Philharmonic orchestra, commemorates 20 years of the BBC’s 1tra commitment to supporting and promoting black culture.
