Nigerian artist Khaid, the musical alter ego of Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon has dropped the “Anabella”, music video.
Born in 2004 in Lagos State, Nigeria, Khaid’s musical journey began by filming and sharing freestyles on Instagram just for fun.
In a bold move, he tagged popular celebrities like Don Jazzy, Davido, Wizkid, and Burna Boy.
Khaid embarked on his musical journey at the young age of 12, captivated by freestyle rapping.
In 2021, destiny smiled upon him when he caught the attention of Nigerian comedian and record label owner, Sydney Talker.
This meeting led to Khaid signing with Neville Records, where he released his debut single, “With You,” in January 2022.
The debut track struck a chord with listeners, propelling Khaid’s career to new heights.
Since then, he has delighted fans with a series of hit singles, including “SKI,” “Jolie,” and “Carry Me Go.”
Khaid’s music blends elements of Afrobeats, trap, and R&B, showcasing his smooth vocals and infectious melodies that leave a lasting impression on all who listen.
