What I think about what people perceive me as-
Am very kind, I have a good heart, am very conscious.
On selection of characters-
I love raw, layered characters, kind of ‘Viola Davis’ characters. I use emotions to bring out most of my characters. I would love to play Wangari Maathai, in a biopic, that’s raw.
Melissa
On the wildest thing she has ever done-
I do not really do crazy things, I want to sky dive,
But the craziest thing I do, I always want to be as cautious as possible, I want to be safe.
Melissa is very protective of her family, she can not answer questions about her family.
Questions that touch on their vulnerabilities, I can not answer.
