Mr Seed is now advocating for Kenyan Radio stations to play Kenyan music ;while also criticizing media stations that fail to support local artists.
Taking to his Instagram stories, the Kenyan artist expressed his disappointment with a radio station in Kilifi that had not played a single Kenyan song, despite being a Kenyan station.
You people should start supporting your own musicians…the artists you are playing do not even recognize you.”
Mr Seed also pointed out that Kenyan musicians are putting in a lot of effort and urged stations to play music from Mombasa artists.
You could even play music from Mombasa musicians then or will you still argue that there are no artists in Coast?”
Mr Seed is not the only artist who has noted that there is lack of Kenyan Music on Kenyan media.
