Meta’s latest quarterly report reveals that Facebook, along with its family of apps, now boasts more than 3.88 billion monthly active users, a staggering number that constitutes almost half of the world’s population.
Despite declining popularity among younger demographics, Facebook remains far from dead.
Notably, daily active users on Facebook have continued to grow, reaching 2.064 billion, up from 2.037 billion in the previous quarter.
This growth is significant as it follows Facebook’s first-ever quarterly decline in daily active users reported in the final quarter of 2021.
