A third year student was shot dead yesterday in Kisumu during anti government protests.
A press release released by Kisumu governor Prof Anyang Nyong’o confirmed the fatal killing of the student by a police officer.
The third year literature student was with his colleagues demonstrating the high cost of living at Maseno Centre.
