In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Kennedy Rapudo and Amber Ray’s paths crossed, leading to a series of events that eventually culminated in a romantic relationship.
Rapudo talked about their journey during a guest appearance on the Obinna show.
Although they encountered each other in 2020, both Rapudo and Amber were involved in separate relationships at the time.
Rapudo, a businessman, recollected,
I crossed paths with her when I was already committed to another relationship. Despite being drawn to her, I chose not to pursue anything further to avoid complicating my existing situation.”
Their paths crossed again when Amber introduced Rapudo to one of her friends. Rapudo shared,
She later extended an invitation for me to join her and her friends for lunch,
Subsequently, Rapudo found himself attending an event organized by Amber, unaware that she was still in a relationship.
She invited me to a love fest at Two Rivers after some time had passed. Believing that she was unattached, I attended the event, only to discover her in the company of a foreigner.”
Later, Amber’s single status eventually paved the way for Rapudo to express his interest.
They started spending more time together, going out for drinks and deepening their connection. The two are now engaged and share a daughter.
