Kamene Goro is set to exit Kiss FM under Radio Africa Group after three years of hosting the station’s breakfast show.
kenyans.co.ke reports that the witty radio presenter is leaving the station after a fall out.
Kamene Goro hosts the morning breakfast show alongside her co host comedienne Oga Obinna.
She will reportedly be replaced by Kwambox, (Sheila Kwamboka).
Sheila Kwamboka is the latest big name on her way out of Standard Group, which owns broadcast, print and digital brands including Vybez Radio, the reggae radio station where she has been working as a radio presenter.
Kamene joined the station in 2019, after an extended battle with her previous employer, who had filed a court case preventing her from taking up the Kiss FM job before the lapse of the non-compete period in the contract she had signed.
Speaking to a local media house about the reports of her departure, Kamene said,
