Juliani says he was celibate when he met Lilian

Artist, Juliani has talked about how he met his Wife Lilian; who was once betrothed to former Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.

Speaking to Hot 96’s presenter Patrick Igunza on Wednesday, he denied claims that he ‘snatched Lilian’ from the governor, adding that “”Huwezi slice jamaa mtu wake“.
