Jose Chameleone has issued an apology following criticism he received for kissing his brother on stage.
Jose Chameleone, a well-known singer from Uganda, has issued an apology for kissing his brother Weasel on stage during a recent concert.
In a video, Chameleone acknowledged his mistake and expressed remorse for any offense caused. He asked for forgiveness from fans who may have been offended by his actions and apologized for both his and Weasel’s behavior.
Chameleone explained that they were caught up in the excitement of the moment and that their actions were not premeditated.
In the video message, he addressed his fans and his country Uganda, expressing his gratitude for their support at his recent concert, Gwanga Mujje. However, he also took the opportunity to apologize for the kiss he and Weasel shared on stage and acknowledged that it may have offended some of his fans and friends.
Chameleone also thanked the National Vice Chairman of NRM Eastern Mr. Mukula for his guidance and ended his message by offering his sincere apologies to the general public.
The incident had attracted criticism, it was the second time the brothers had shared a passionate kiss in public.
