Gospel singer and pastor, Size 8, has had several close calls with death – four times to be exact.
In a candid revelation during her birthday celebration on August 4, 2023, she shared her harrowing experiences, from her mother’s initial intention to abort her to her ongoing battles with high blood pressure and complicated pregnancies.
Despite all the challenges she has faced, the singer spoke about grateful she is and her choice to just thank God and “Praise Jesus”.
From my mother’s womb the devil wanted to kill me my mother almost aborted me but she was told if she does it she might die that’s how I survived,”
Size 8’s journey to motherhood has been fraught with challenges.
She bravely spoke about her struggle with High Blood Pressure (HBP), which almost took her life on multiple occasions, leading to the loss of two unborn babies.
Despite these setbacks, she managed to give birth to her two beautiful children, Ladasha Belle Wambo and Samuel Muraya Junior, through determination and by the grace of God.

Extreme preeclampsia proved to be another life-threatening condition Size 8 faced, robbing her of the chance to have a third child.
In addition to her encounters with HBP, she also suffered paralysis on her left side during pregnancy, and her son’s birth required a Cesarean Section due to severe complications.
Throughout her journey, Size 8 has experienced the heartache of miscarriages, the stress of complicated pregnancies, and the fear of high blood pressure-related emergencies.
Despite the hurdles, she remains grateful for the miraculous moments when she defied the odds and survived. She is married to gospel DJ, DJ Mo.
