Fire TV users can now access a special hub dedicated to the Oscars. The hub provides various features such as access to highly recommended nominated movies, details about live events, free coverage of the red carpet, interviews with nominees and winners, and a new interactive experience.
The interactive experience allows users to complete their Oscars ballot and share it on social media by simply saying, “Alexa, vote for the Oscars.”
From March 7 onwards, Fire TV users can make their winner predictions for seven significant Oscar categories through their TV screen.
You don’t have to spend time on your phone searching for information on what and how to watch the Oscars. With Fire TV’s Oscars collection, users can enjoy a comprehensive Oscars experience without leaving their couch.

By simply saying, “Alexa, go to Fire TV’s Oscars collection” or navigating to it from the home screen, viewers can access a vast array of content, including the latest 2023 Oscar-nominated movies, memorable past winners, an extensive archive of nominated films, apps that stream the Oscars ceremony live, and additional features such as free coverage of the red carpet, interviews with nominees, post-show analysis, and much more.
This year’s Oscars ceremony, which will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will include all 23 categories.
The event features several major movies that have received nominations, such as All Quiet on the Western Front, Avatar: The Way of Water, The Banshees of Inisherin, Elvis, Everything Everywhere All at Once.
