Drake has decided to push back the release date of his upcoming album, “For All the Dogs,” due to his ongoing It’s All a Blur Tour alongside 21 Savage.
The album, originally slated for September 22, will now drop on October 6, just before the tour’s final show.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Drake shared his dilemma, explaining that he had to choose between canceling shows to finish the album or releasing it before the last performance.
He expressed his commitment to creating memorable experiences for his fans and assured them that any missed opportunities would be revisited.
He concluded, “For All the Dogs” will be out on October 6th,

“For All the Dogs” was initially set to debut on the same day as Doja Cat’s highly-anticipated album, “Scarlet,” featuring the chart-topping single “Paint the Town Red.”
Drake has a track record of his last three albums debuting at No. 1, and previously achieved nine consecutive No. 1 albums.
Leading up to the album release, Drake treated fans to the lead single, “Slime Yout Out,” which features his first-ever collaboration with SZA.
