Tiktoker Brian Chira Wambui has been granted Sh50,000 cash bail with the same amount as surety after facing charges of cyber harassment.
The allegations are related to his purported use of his TikTok account to defame popular TikTok personality and radio host Azziad Nasenya.
During his court appearance before Kibera Principal Magistrate Renee Kitagwa on Monday, 31st,July 2023 Chira refuted the charges.
The case is slated for mention on September 12.
His arrest occurred last week on Friday, prompted by accusations of defamatory content targeting Azziad.
The TikTok Queen’s legal team has taken action against Chira for harming her brand and claims that he disclosed her phone number, leading to distress and unwarranted calls from strangers.
Chira’s Offensive Remarks Against Azziad Were Shared all over Social Media, along With the public exposure of her phone number, prompting her to report the matter to the police, resulting in his arrest.

he uttered some words which I cannot repeat here but
those words are defamatory and he did not stop, then he went ahead and gave ahead and gave out her number.
